इक ख्याल,

थोड़ी परवाह

अच्छी लगती है,

यं चलते-चलते

कुछ पाबंदियों में कैद आजादी

और थोड़ी आजादी में कैद पाबंदियां,

संतुलन बनाए रखती हैं जिंदगी में..

बहुत लम्हे सहेज लिया है, अब तक

और न जाने कितने बाकी है 'लम्हें'

परवाह करने को -

पर मन कभी-कभी बेपरवाह होना चाहता

है,

थोड़ा रूक कर महसूस करना चाहता है -

उस बीते हुए पल को,

जो चलते-चलते कहीं पीछे रह गया है,

कुछ लम्हें हम धुंधला नहीं होने देना चाहते

सहेजना चाहते हैं ताउम्र

शायद इसीलिए एक ठहराव जरूरी हो

जाता है,

कभी कभी-चलते-चलते

इक अहसास बनाए रखना चाहते हैं

सदा के लिए ..
